A True Taste of Scotland: Celia Pickup has developed game cooking at Craigadam into an art form, providing a true "Taste of Scotland". Celia is renowned for her fabulous cooking and Craigadam is a member of Taste of Scotland awards scheme, and dinner here – served in the elegant, oak panelled dining room – is quality Scottish country cuisine at its very finest: venison, salmon, lamb and all kinds of game. Vegetarians are well looked after too, and the greener among us might be interested to know that the estate is committed to "organic farming" and is “run with conservation and sustainability in mind”.

You can relax before dinner in our comfortable drawing room, refresh yourself with pre-dinner drinks at our bar in the snooker room, or enhance your snooker skills on our full size snooker table. Our menus change daily and you can avail yourself of our extensive, economic wine list should you so desire.

Breakfast is outstanding - Our "Breakfast Rosette" is well earned. Delicious fresh and preserved fruits and compôtes; yoghurts; home-made jams & marmalade; home-made bread; a delicious Full Scottish Breakfast for those with a hearty appetite, with fish available too if you’d like. Coffee is freshly ground or tea if you prefer. What a start to the day!
