A True Taste of Scotland: Celia Pickup has developed game cooking at Craigadam into an art form, providing a true "Taste of Scotland". Celia is renowned for her fabulous cooking and Craigadam is a member of Taste of Scotland awards scheme, and dinner here – served in the elegant, oak panelled dining room – is quality Scottish country cuisine at its very finest: venison, salmon, lamb and all kinds of game. Vegetarians are well looked after too, and the greener among us might be interested to know that the estate is committed to "organic farming" and is “run with conservation and sustainability in mind”.
